- People who are having a PET-CT scan at ZOL hospital for a lung nodule and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have not fasted (gone without eating or drinking) for at least 6 hours before the blood sample is taken
- People who have taken any medication on the morning of the blood sample
- People whose fasting blood sugar level is higher than 200 mg/dL on the morning of the blood sample
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer at any point in the last five years
- People who have received any treatment for cancer at any point in the last five years
