Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be 18 years of age or older (or meet the legal adult age in your country, if that is older than 18).
• You have been diagnosed with an advanced or spread-out cancer that has a specific type of gene change (called a "missense mutation") or extra copies of a gene called KRAS, confirmed through laboratory testing.
• You have no standard treatment options available, or you have chosen not to pursue those treatments.
• You are able to swallow and keep down pills or oral medication taken by mouth.
• You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (this is measured by a standard scale called ECOG, scores 0 or 1).
• Your cancer can be measured using standard imaging methods.
• Your heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs are functioning well enough to participate.
• You have a stored tumor tissue sample from within the last 5 years, or you are willing to have a tumor biopsy taken before starting the study treatment.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have untreated, symptomatic cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining of the brain or spinal cord.
• You have uncontrolled fluid build-up around your lungs or in your abdomen.
• You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the past 5 years.
• You currently have an active serious infection that requires antibiotic treatment given through a vein (IV) within the 7 days before starting the study.
• You have a history of blood clots or stroke, including stroke, mini-stroke, blood clot in the lungs, or blood clot in a deep vein.
• You have received a live vaccine within 28 days before starting the study treatment.
• You have previously had an organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant).
• You have received cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, or other investigational drugs) within 28 days before starting the study.
• You have a current or past history of HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or an active COVID-19 infection.
• You still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not mostly resolved.
• You have had radiation therapy within 2 weeks before starting the study.
• You have had major surgery within 28 days before starting the study.
• You have another serious medical condition that the study doctor believes could put you at risk (confirm with trial site).
