Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who do not have a pacemaker.
- People who are able to lie flat on their back in a dark room for at least 10 minutes (required for certain blood vessel measurements).
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are younger than 18 or older than 55 years of age.
- People with a BMI below 30.
- People whose blood pressure, blood sugar, triglycerides, and HDL-cholesterol levels do not fall into one of the two groups specified by the trial (confirm with trial site).
