Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between the ages of 18 and 64 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), confirmed using a specific diagnostic interview called the DIAMOND
- People who are either not currently receiving any psychiatric treatment or medication, or whose psychiatric treatment or medication has been stable for at least 4 weeks (medications will be reviewed by the study's psychiatrist on a case-by-case basis)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have an active or poorly controlled psychotic disorder, a pervasive developmental disorder (such as autism spectrum disorder), bipolar disorder, a moderate-to-severe current substance use disorder, or who have had suicidal intent, a plan, or a suicide attempt within the past 3 months
- People who have documented physical or movement difficulties, or a medical condition, that would prevent them from taking part in physical exercise
- People who are currently pregnant or trying to become pregnant

Primary endpoints
Cognitive flexibility will be assessed using a probabilistic reversal learning (PRL) task called the Lucky Picture Selection Game.; Symptom reactivity will be assessed using the Braga Obsessive Compulsive Symptom Image Set (BOCI).; Exercise intensity will be measured using a PolarTech chest-strap HR monitor.
