Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 70 years old.
- People who are reasonably active and able to carry out daily activities, as measured by a standard health performance scale (ECOG score 0–2).
- People who are expected to be able to follow the online adaptive radiotherapy treatment process used in this trial.
- People who have already had surgery to remove the uterus, both ovaries, and fallopian tubes, with or without removal or sampling of nearby lymph nodes.

- People who fully understand the study and are willing to sign a consent form before enrolling.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had radiation treatment to the abdomen or pelvis.
- People where too much time has passed between surgery and the start of radiotherapy — more than 12 weeks if no chemotherapy was given, or more than 6 months if chemotherapy was also part of treatment.
- People who have previously been diagnosed with another type of cancer.
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who currently have a fever or an infection that is not under control.
- People who have a history of inflammatory bowel disease, whether currently active or not.
- People with serious ongoing health conditions that could affect participation, such as unstable heart disease requiring treatment, kidney problems, chronic hepatitis, poorly controlled diabetes, or psychiatric disorders.
