For Aim 2:

- You are starting tuberculosis (TB) treatment for the first time, or restarting it after having stopped and lost contact with care, following South African national health guidelines
- You live in the Buffalo City Metro (BCM) Health Districts area of South Africa
- You are able and willing to sign a written consent form
For Aim 3:
- You identify as a man
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are starting tuberculosis (TB) treatment for the first time, or restarting it after having stopped and lost contact with care, following South African national health guidelines
- You are HIV-positive
- You are not currently taking HIV treatment (antiretroviral therapy/ART)
- You live in the Buffalo City Metro (BCM) Health Districts area of South Africa
- You are able and willing to sign a written consent form
Who may not be able to join:
For Aim 2:
- You do not identify as a man
- You are under 18 years old
- You are not starting or restarting TB treatment as described above
- You do not live in the BCM Health Districts area
- You are unable to sign a written consent form
For Aim 3:
- You do not identify as a man
- You are under 18 years old
- You are not starting or restarting TB treatment as described above
- You are not HIV-positive
- You are currently taking HIV treatment (antiretroviral therapy/ART)
- You do not live in the BCM Health Districts area
- You are unable to sign a written consent form
