Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 65 years of age
- People with a BMI of 25 or above (considered overweight or obese), or people with a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 (considered normal weight)
- People who are willing and able to use a wearable device and a mobile app on an Android phone for the full length of the study
- People who own a smartphone that runs the Android operating system

- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have a physical or mental health condition that would prevent them from using the wearable device or mobile app as the study requires
- People who regularly or daily use chopsticks to eat
- People who do not own a compatible Android smartphone, or whose devices are not technically compatible with the study's wearable equipment
