Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have a solid tumor (cancer) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed, and your cancer has tested positive for a protein called HER2 (at a level called IHC 3+) based on local lab testing before joining the study
- You have already received prior treatment for your advanced or spreading cancer, and your doctor has determined there are no other satisfactory treatment options available to you
- Your doctor has already decided that a specific medication called T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan) is the right treatment for you, in line with FDA-approved guidelines
- You are willing and able to sign and date a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- Your cancer is specifically breast cancer (adenocarcinoma), bowel or rectal cancer (adenocarcinoma), a type of lung cancer called NSCLC, stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer (adenocarcinoma), or a blood cancer — these cancer types are excluded from this trial
- You have previously been treated with the medication T-DXd
- You have not had a scan or assessment to measure your tumor(s) before starting T-DXd treatment
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial at the time of joining this study
