Who might be able to join this trial:

• The child must have been born between 2017 and 2023 with moderate to severe lack of oxygen to the brain around the time of birth (HIE), and received cooling treatment at Semmelweis University Children's Hospital

• The child has a brain injury that was caused by something other than lack of oxygen at birth
• The child has severe difficulties with physical movement, shown by a low score on a standard developmental test taken at two years of age (confirm with trial site)
