Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old (inclusive) at the time of signing the consent form
- At your screening visit, one of your eyes has been diagnosed with non-infectious anterior uveitis (either an acute episode or a recurring acute episode, affecting one eye only)
- At your screening visit, the level of inflammation (measured by cells in the front part of the eye) in the affected eye is at a moderate to moderately severe level, rated 2+ or 3+ using a standard medical scale (confirm with trial site)
- At your screening visit, there is also a measurable amount of flare (a cloudiness caused by inflammation) in the affected eye, rated 1 or higher on the same standard scale (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- At your screening visit, the inflammation in the affected eye is at the most severe level (rated 4+), or there is a visible buildup of inflammatory cells at the bottom of the eye (called hypopyon)
- You have been diagnosed with a type of uveitis that affects the middle, back, or the whole eye (rather than just the front), in either eye, at the time of screening
