Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been formally diagnosed with active psoriatic arthritis (a type of arthritis linked to psoriasis), confirmed using a standard medical checklist, and your arthritis affects at least one specific pattern of joints in your body.
- A blood test has shown you do not have rheumatoid factor (a marker sometimes found in other types of arthritis).
- You still have swollen or tender joints despite trying standard treatments at the highest recommended dose for at least 3 months — this could include medications like methotrexate, apremilast, or anti-inflammatory painkillers, and you may or may not have tried biologic treatments before.

- A chest X-ray taken within the last 3 months shows no signs of active or past TB.
- You are generally in stable health based on a physical exam, medical history, vital signs, and a heart tracing (ECG).
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, a blood pregnancy test at the start of the study has come back negative.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of certain types of infections involving granulomas (clusters of inflamed cells), whether past or currently inactive (confirm with trial site).
- You have a known allergy or serious sensitivity to guselkumab (the study drug) or any of its ingredients.
- You have had a serious infection, been hospitalised for an infection, or received antibiotic treatment through a drip within the last 2 months.
- You have been diagnosed with any cancer, have a history of cancer, or have had a condition involving abnormal growth of lymph cells.
- You have received, or are planning to receive, a live vaccine (such as certain flu, shingles, or travel vaccines) within 3 months before starting the trial, during the trial, or within 6 months after your last dose of the study drug.
