Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be between 40 and 75 years old.

• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before treatment starts.

• Your kidney and liver function tests within 7–14 days before joining must show these organs are working within acceptable limits (confirm with trial site for exact numbers).

• If you are taking blood-thinning medications, you must have no active bleeding, and your medication dose must have been stable for at least 14 days before joining.

Who may not be able to join:

• Your glioblastoma has spread to multiple separate areas of the brain.
• Your tumor is located in the lower part of the brain (below the main brain) or has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord.
• Your glioblastoma has come back or grown again after previous treatment.
• You have had radiation treatment to the brain before.
• Your tumor is located very close to (within about half an inch of) critical brain structures, making it unsafe to deliver the planned radiation.
• The main tumor area that shows up on contrast scans is larger than 6 cm across (roughly the size of a large plum).
• You have or have had another cancer, except for certain treated skin cancers or very early-stage cancers that were fully treated.
• You have or have had any other tumor in the brain.
• You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwilling to use reliable contraception during the trial (applies to women who could become pregnant and sexually active men).
• You have a condition that makes MRI scans unsafe for you, such as certain metal implants.
• You have a pacemaker or heart device that cannot be removed and would interfere with the trial.
• You have a condition that makes it unsafe to have general anaesthesia.
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial.
• You have had serious heart problems (such as a heart attack, chest pain requiring hospital care, or heart failure) within the past 6 months.
• You have had a stroke or mini-stroke within the past 6 months.
• You have serious blood vessel disease, active blood clots, or a severe ongoing infection requiring hospital-level antibiotic treatment.
• You have serious lung, liver, or other major organ problems that could interfere with the trial treatment.
• You have tested positive for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or syphilis.
• You have had a significant bleeding episode (rated as serious by medical standards) within 30 days before joining.
