For people with Myasthenia Gravis (MG):
- You have been officially diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and are 18 years of age or older.
- Your myasthenia gravis has been graded by doctors on a standard scale (called MGFA class I–IV), or your symptoms are currently under control with treatment.
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form and a privacy agreement.
For healthy participants:

- Your myasthenia gravis is currently in a severe crisis stage (known as MGFA class V), making it difficult to complete the study assessments.
- You have serious heart or lung problems that would make it difficult to take part in the study activities.
- You have a mental health condition or memory/thinking difficulties that the trial team believes could affect your ability to participate.
- You have any other significant health condition that is currently unstable or poorly controlled.
