Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You are willing to take part and able to sign a consent form agreeing to join the study
- A doctor has confirmed you have one of the following conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis (a type of spinal inflammation), giant cell arteritis, lupus, systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), mixed connective tissue disease, inflammatory muscle disease, or one of several blood vessel inflammation conditions (microscopic polyangiitis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, or eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis), or a periodic fever/autoinflammatory condition such as Familial Mediterranean fever, CAPS, TRAPS, or Adult-onset Still's disease
If you are joining as a healthy volunteer:
- You are 18 years old or older and able to sign a consent form agreeing to join the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You do not wish to take part in the study, or you are unable to sign a consent form giving your agreement
Healthy volunteers may not be able to join if:
- You have a known or currently active rheumatological (joint or autoimmune) disease
