Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be willing and able to read, understand, and sign a consent form before any trial procedures begin
• You must be 18 years of age or older (any gender)
• You must have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, confirmed by a lab test
• Depending on which part of the trial you are being considered for, you may need to have already received between one and two prior cancer treatments that did not work, or alternatively, have not yet received any treatment for advanced disease (confirm with trial site which group applies to you)
• Depending on which part of the trial you are being considered for, your tumor may need to test positive for a protein called PD-L1 (at least 1%) on a lab test (confirm with trial site)
• Your tumor must have a specific gene change called a KRAS G12C mutation, confirmed by a tumor tissue or blood test
• You must have at least one area of cancer that can be measured on a scan, according to standard medical guidelines
• You must be generally well enough to carry out light daily activities (rated 0 or 1 on a standard health scale used by doctors)
• Your expected survival must be at least 3 months
• Your liver, kidneys, bone marrow, and other organs must be functioning well enough as shown by blood tests

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose lung cancer is a type called small cell lung cancer or neuroendocrine carcinoma
• People who still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not returned to normal or stabilised
• People who currently have active cancer spread to the brain
• People who currently have active inflammation or scarring of the lungs (interstitial lung disease)
• People who currently have, or have a history of, an overactive immune system condition (autoimmune disease) that could return
• People who need to take steroid medicines regularly to manage any condition
• People with serious or poorly controlled heart or blood vessel problems
• People with HIV infection that is not well managed
• People with any other serious uncontrolled illness or condition that the trial doctor believes makes participation unsafe
