Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have had surgery that permanently changed the structure of the digestive system (for example, a gastric bypass-type procedure), or who have had a hip or knee replacement
  • People who have been diagnosed with arthritis
  • People with a history of any liver disease, except for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
  • People who have been diagnosed with cancer, are currently receiving cancer treatment, or have received cancer treatment within the past five years
  • People with a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient in the study product, or to any food that could affect their participation
  • People with cognitive or psychological difficulties that could affect their ability to follow the study requirements
  • People who, in the opinion of the study investigator, are unlikely to be able to follow the study procedures
  • People who work night shifts
  • People currently taking dietary supplements that could affect weight, such as certain nutraceuticals (confirm with trial site for specific examples)
  • People currently receiving treatment for weight loss or diabetes
