Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or a Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
- People who are able to move themselves from one seat or surface to another on their own or with a small amount of help from another person
- People who are not able to walk 25 feet (about 7.5 metres) or more
- People who have had at least one fall in the past three years

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had a Multiple Sclerosis flare-up (a sudden worsening of symptoms) within the past 30 days, or who are unable to sit upright for an hour at a time
- People with significant memory or thinking difficulties, as measured by a specific cognitive screening test (confirm with trial site)
