Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 55 years old (inclusive)
• You have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) based on specific standard diagnostic guidelines
• Your level of disability, as measured by a standard MS scoring tool, is at or below a certain level (confirm with trial site)
• You are either taking one of two specific MS medications (teriflunomide or dimethyl fumarate) at a stable dose for at least 24 weeks, or you have chosen not to take any MS medication after discussing the options with your doctor
• Your doctor does not expect your MS medication to need changing during the study
• Your most recent MRI scan showed no more than two new lesions in your brain or spine
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before starting the study
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must agree to use reliable contraception throughout the treatment period
• You are able and willing to follow the study schedule and requirements
• You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study

Who may not be able to join:

• You had an MS relapse in the month before enrolling
• Your MRI scan before the study start shows signs of new disease activity
• You used steroid medications (corticosteroids) in the month before enrolling
• You took antibiotics in the three months before enrolling
• You have been taking any symbiotic, probiotic, prebiotic, or postbiotic supplements in the three months before enrolling
• You have any type of bowel or digestive disease
• You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
• You are post-menopausal
• You are a smoker
