Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who were between 18 and 39 years old when they were first diagnosed with cancer
• People diagnosed with a stage III or IV solid tumour (a cancer that forms a solid mass), or a high-grade brain tumour, within the last 12 months — this also includes people whose cancer was previously stage I or II and has now returned at stage III or IV
• People currently receiving their main cancer care at Mayo Clinic Arizona
• People who are able to read, understand, and speak English
• People who have already completed advance directive documents (written instructions about future medical care) are still eligible to participate
• People who have access to the internet and a computer or smartphone

Who may not be able to join:

• People who were younger than 18 or older than 39 at the time of their first cancer diagnosis
• People diagnosed with a stage I or II solid tumour, a low-grade brain tumour, or a blood cancer (such as leukaemia or lymphoma)
• People who are not receiving their main cancer care at Mayo Clinic Arizona
• People who are not able to read, understand, and speak English
• People whose original diagnosis or advanced-stage relapse was more than 12 months ago, including those currently in survivorship care or on hospice
• People without access to the internet or a device such as a computer or smartphone
