  • People who have had major surgery within 4 weeks before joining the trial, or who are expected to have major surgery during the study (not including procedures to place a vascular access device)
  • People who have used Chinese herbal medicines intended to treat cancer within 14 days before joining the trial
  • People who have received growth factor support therapy or a blood transfusion within 14 days before joining the trial
  • People who have previously been treated with certain immune-based cancer therapies, including anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1/2, anti-CD137, or CTLA-4 treatments, or similar drugs
  • People who have a serious active or ongoing infection that requires treatment with antibiotics or other anti-infective medicines within 2 weeks before joining the trial
