Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with an advanced or metastatic solid tumor (a cancer that has spread), and lab testing has confirmed that your tumor strongly expresses a protein called CD70 (shown by a specific lab score called IHC 3+)
- Your cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments, or you could not tolerate them — including certain targeted therapies, specific enzyme-blocking drugs, or anti-blood-vessel-growth treatments, as well as surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or other targeted therapies
- At least one area of your cancer can be measured on a CT scan (meeting specific size requirements — confirm with trial site)
- Your general health and ability to carry out daily activities is rated at a certain level by your doctor (called ECOG 0–2, meaning you are fully active to capable of basic self-care)
- Your doctors expect you to live for at least 12 weeks
- You have no history of severe mental health disorders
- Your blood, heart, kidneys, and liver are functioning well enough, as shown by recent lab tests and a heart scan (confirm specific values with trial site)
- Your blood oxygen level is at least 92% without needing extra oxygen
- You are able to have blood drawn, with no medical reason preventing a blood collection procedure
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you agree to use reliable birth control from when you sign up until one year after receiving the treatment
- You (or your legal guardian) understand what the trial involves and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously received any treatment that targets the CD70 protein
- You currently have active or symptomatic cancer that has spread to your brain or the lining around it (however, if your brain metastases were treated at least 4 weeks ago and are not getting worse, you may still be eligible — confirm with trial site)
- You have taken part in another interventional clinical trial within the past 3 months, or recently received certain other experimental or approved drugs within specific time windows before the study procedures (confirm exact timeframes with trial site)
- You received chemotherapy or targeted therapy within 2 weeks before your blood is collected (or within a certain number of half-lives of the drug, whichever comes first)
- You have taken steroid medications (such as prednisone) at more than 10mg per day within the 2 weeks before your blood is collected, unless it is for a specific medical reason such as adrenal replacement or inhaled/topical use
- You received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before the screening visit
- You currently have an active infection that requires treatment, or had an uncontrolled infection within the week before screening
- You have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past 3 years (exceptions may apply for certain treated skin cancers or cancers fully cured with no signs of return — confirm with trial site)
- You have serious heart problems, such as severe heart failure, a heart attack or heart bypass surgery within the past 6 months, significant irregular heartbeats, unexplained fainting, or a serious heart muscle condition
- You have an active or poorly controlled autoimmune disease, such as Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, or vasculitis
- You have certain active viral infections including active Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis (confirm with trial site)
- You still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not returned to near-normal levels (hair loss and mild nerve-related symptoms may be exceptions)
- You have a history of serious blood clots (such as a pulmonary embolism) and are currently on blood thinners, or have experienced serious bleeding or lasting complications from blood clots
- You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your doctor believes there is another reason that makes it unsafe or unsuitable for you to join the trial
