Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are currently between 18 and 39 years old
- People whose primary brain tumor was first diagnosed when they were between 15 and 39 years old
- People who finished curative treatment between 6 months and less than 5 years ago
- People who were treated with both chemotherapy and radiation
- People who score 43 or below on a standard fatigue questionnaire called the FACIT-Fatigue scale (the trial site will assess this)
- People who are currently doing less than 150 minutes of physical activity per week and fewer than 2 muscle-strengthening sessions per week
- People who can speak, read, and write in English
- People who do not have any medical reasons that would make exercise unsafe, based on a standard screening questionnaire called the PAR-Q+
- People who are able to give informed consent to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who do not speak English
- People who are screened as unsafe to exercise based on standard safety checks
- People with an unstable heart or lung condition, or an active heart condition causing symptoms
- People with a recent bone fracture or muscle or joint injury that would prevent them from taking part in supervised exercise sessions
- People with a history of certain other chronic illnesses, additional cancers, an inherited genetic syndrome, or a brain tumor that has come back and required repeat radiation treatment to the brain
- People whose thinking, hearing, or vision difficulties would make it too hard to complete the study activities, as determined by their care team
- People who are currently pregnant (based on self-report)
- People who are currently incarcerated (in prison)
- People with a documented developmental disorder (such as autism) or a major psychiatric condition (such as schizophrenia)
