Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are 40 years old or older at the time of joining the trial
• You have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (a form of MS with flare-ups and periods of recovery) based on recognised 2017 diagnostic standards
• You have been taking an anti-CD20 medication (a specific type of MS treatment) for at least the last 3 years
• If you receive your anti-CD20 treatment by IV infusion on an extended schedule, your infusions have been no more than 12 months apart during the past year
• You have had no MS relapses and no new or worsening brain lesions seen on MRI scans during the last 3 years while on your current treatment
• You have had a brain MRI scan done following a specific standard protocol (called OFSEP) within the 6 months before joining the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a progressive form of MS (either secondary or primary progressive MS)
• You have previously tried and failed certain MS treatments, including natalizumab, fingolimod, rituximab, ocrelizumab, mitoxantrone, alemtuzumab, or cladribine
• You have received high-dose steroid treatment within the 30 days before joining the trial
• You are unable to have an MRI scan for any reason
• Your immune system is severely weakened
• You currently have a serious active infection
• You have a known active cancer
• You have severe heart failure or serious uncontrolled heart disease
• You have severe liver disease (confirm with trial site)
• You have significant problems with your bone marrow, or seriously low levels of red blood cells, white blood cells, or platelets
• You have severe kidney disease and are currently on dialysis
• You have severely low protein levels in your blood, for example due to a kidney condition called nephrotic syndrome
• You are currently experiencing severe depression or having thoughts of suicide
• You have a suspected or confirmed brain infection called progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML)
• You have any other condition that the trial doctor believes could put you at risk or affect the trial results
• You have taken part in another medical treatment trial within the last 6 months
• You belong to a legally protected group under French health law, including people under legal protection orders, prisoners, women who are pregnant, giving birth, or breastfeeding, or people under guardianship (this trial appears to be based in France — confirm with trial site)
• You are a woman who could become pregnant and are not using effective contraception throughout the study
• You are not covered by public health insurance
• You have not given written consent to participate after being given time to consider your decision
