Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 or older, of any sex.
• People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain minimum level (scored on a standard medical scale), and who are expected to live more than 3 months.

• People with no new or growing cancer spread to the brain; if cancer in the brain was previously treated with radiation, it must be stable and not growing.
• People whose blood counts and organ function (including liver, kidneys, and blood cells) fall within acceptable ranges as measured by standard laboratory tests.
• Women who could potentially become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before joining the trial.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have other serious health conditions that the trial doctors believe would make participation unsafe or interfere with assessing the treatment's effects.
• People who have an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that requires ongoing treatment, or who have a history of a severe autoimmune condition such as scarring or inflammation of the lungs.
• People with serious uncontrolled health conditions, including active infections needing treatment, active tuberculosis, severe ongoing gut conditions such as Crohn's disease, active hepatitis B or C (as confirmed by specific blood tests), unstable heart conditions, a heart attack within the past 6 months, or heart failure requiring ongoing treatment.
• People with a mental health condition or personal circumstances that may make it difficult to follow the trial's requirements.
• People currently participating in another clinical trial involving an experimental treatment for their cancer.
• People who are allergic to immunotherapy drugs, who previously had to stop immunotherapy due to side effects, who experienced serious (grade 3 or higher) immune-related side effects during past immunotherapy, or who had any immune-related side effects affecting the nervous system or eyes during past immunotherapy.
• People who have had another active cancer diagnosed within the past 6 months, with some exceptions for certain cancers that have been fully treated and carry a low risk of coming back (confirm with trial site).
• People who have received an organ transplant from another person, or who have an active condition where the immune system does not work properly.
• People who have any other condition that the trial doctors consider a valid reason for not participating.
