Who might be able to join this trial:

• People diagnosed with stage III or stage IVA endometrial cancer that can be measured on scans, stage IVB endometrial cancer (measurable or not), or endometrial cancer that has come back after previous treatment (measurable or not)
• People whose cancer shows up as a specific measurable size on CT or MRI scans — tumours must be at least 10 mm, or lymph nodes at least 15 mm (confirm with trial site for full details)
• People whose cancer has been confirmed by a tissue biopsy as one of these types: endometrioid, serous, dedifferentiated/undifferentiated, clear cell, mixed epithelial, carcinosarcoma, or adenocarcinoma not otherwise specified
• People whose tumour has been tested and shown to have a functioning DNA repair system (called "mismatch repair proficient" or pMMR) AND an abnormal p53 protein pattern, confirmed by laboratory testing of tumour tissue
• People who have had no prior chemotherapy for endometrial cancer, OR who completed adjuvant (preventative) chemotherapy at least 12 months before joining the trial
• People who have had prior radiation therapy, as long as it was completed at least 4 weeks before joining, and certain blood counts have recovered
• People who have had prior hormone therapy for endometrial cancer, as long as it was completed at least 1 week before joining
• People aged 18 or older
• People who are reasonably active and able to care for themselves, based on a standard medical activity scale (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2)
• People who are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
• People whose blood test results meet minimum levels for white blood cells, platelets, haemoglobin, kidney function, and liver function (confirm with trial site for exact values)
• People with heart conditions may still be eligible if their heart function is assessed as Class II or better using a standard cardiac classification system
• People who previously had brain metastases (cancer spread to the brain) that have been treated, and where follow-up brain scans show the disease is stable and no longer requires steroids
• People with certain mild autoimmune or inflammatory conditions — such as vitiligo, type 1 diabetes managed with insulin, thyroid conditions managed with replacement hormones, rheumatoid arthritis or psoriasis controlled with topical treatments, or Sjögren's syndrome — may still be eligible (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously been treated with pembrolizumab or similar immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD1, anti-PDL1, or anti-CTLA4 therapies), or with bevacizumab or similar anti-blood vessel growth drugs
• People who are planning to have surgery to reduce the tumour after starting treatment and before the disease progresses
• People with an active infection that requires intravenous (IV) antibiotics
• People with an abscess in the abdomen, an unblocked fistula (an abnormal passage between organs) in the abdomen or pelvis, a hole in the bowel, a bowel blockage, or who need a drainage tube in the stomach or nose
• People who have had significant bleeding within 28 days before joining
• People with uncontrolled high blood pressure (systolic 160 mm Hg or higher, or diastolic 100 mm Hg or higher)
• People who have had major surgery within 28 days before starting bevacizumab (one of the trial drugs)
• People with active or serious autoimmune diseases — including conditions such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), scleroderma, myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, autoimmune hepatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, or phospholipid syndrome — that may affect vital organs or require immune-suppressing treatment
• People with a history of lung inflammation (pneumonitis) that required steroid treatment, or who currently have pneumonitis
• People who have had a stem cell transplant or a solid organ transplant
• People with a known allergy to any of the study drugs or to similar medicines
