Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been newly diagnosed with a specific type of nasopharyngeal cancer (a non-keratinizing type that has not spread to distant parts of the body) and have not yet received any treatment for it
- People aged between 18 and 70 years old
- People who are generally well enough to carry out normal daily activities, with little to no physical limitations (as measured by a standard medical scoring system)

- People who have previously received chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery (other than a biopsy or diagnostic procedure) to the neck or nasopharyngeal area
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past, except for certain previously cured skin cancers or early-stage cervical cancer that has been treated
- People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have another serious illness or medical condition alongside their cancer diagnosis
