Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been receiving a standard dose of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) treatment regularly for at least 6 months in a row, to help prevent bacterial infections caused by low antibody levels in the blood.
- People whose treating doctor has decided that stopping IVIg treatment is not appropriate for them at this time.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had, or are planning to have, a stem cell transplant from a donor.
- People who have had a serious infection (rated Grade 3 or higher) in the past 3 months, or who currently have an active infection that requires antibiotic or antimicrobial treatment.
- People who have had their spleen surgically removed.
- People with a known history of a lung condition called bronchiectasis (a long-term condition where the airways of the lungs become widened and damaged).
- People who have previously taken part in this part of the trial.
- People whose treating medical team considers joining this part of the trial to not be in their best interest.
