Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 75 years old (male or female)
• You have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions confirmed by standard medical testing: relapsed or treatment-resistant B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (B-NHL), or Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA)
• Your condition has come back or gotten worse after trying at least two different lines of drug treatment
• Your cancer cells test positive for a marker called CD19 (this does not apply to AIHA patients)
• You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation — scored 0 or 1 on a standard activity scale (this does not apply to AIHA patients)
• You are expected to survive for more than 12 weeks
• Enough time has passed since your last cancer treatment before starting this trial — at least 2 weeks or 5 half-lives (whichever is shorter) for most treatments, or at least 28 days or 3 half-lives (whichever is shorter) if you previously received a type of treatment called an immune checkpoint inhibitor (confirm with trial site)
• If you have AIHA, you must have already tried several standard treatments without sufficient improvement, including steroid therapy for at least 3 months and other specified treatments (confirm with trial site for full details)

Who may not be able to join:

• You have leukemia or lymphoma that has spread to your brain or spinal fluid, or brain scans show signs of it during screening
• You have certain other blood conditions such as myelofibrosis, myelodysplastic syndrome, or aplastic anemia
• You have a history of or currently have serious blood clotting problems or a high risk of bleeding (such as severe liver disease or certain vein conditions)
• You had serious uncontrollable bleeding in the 4 weeks before screening, currently have life-threatening bleeding, or may need emergency treatment for bleeding within a week of joining
• Your AIHA was caused by a drug or an infection
• You have a hereditary or other acquired condition causing red blood cell destruction
• You have had or are planning a stem cell transplant within 12 weeks of receiving the trial treatment
• You received an allogeneic (donor) stem cell transplant less than 6 months ago
• You received hormonal drugs in any form within 14 days before the trial treatment (with some exceptions — confirm with trial site)
• You currently have active Hepatitis B or active Hepatitis C (some people with inactive forms of these infections may still be eligible — confirm with trial site)
• You have or have had certain brain or nervous system conditions, such as epilepsy, stroke-related brain disease, dementia, or autoimmune diseases affecting the brain
• In the past 6 months, you have had serious heart or circulation problems (such as heart failure, heart attack, serious abnormal heart rhythms, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or stroke), serious lung conditions, poorly controlled diabetes, or other conditions the medical team considers unsafe for participation
• You have previously received a gene-modified or gene-edited cell therapy (with limited exceptions — confirm with trial site)
• You have had an autoimmune disease (such as Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or lupus) that damaged organs or required ongoing immune-suppressing medication within the past 2 years
