  • You have been diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), based on official medical guidelines.
  • You are currently not very physically active — meaning you do less than 150 minutes of physical activity per week on average over the past month.
  • You are 18 years old or older.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have an intellectual disability, severe psychiatric symptoms, or are considered at risk of suicide that could interfere with taking part in the study.
  • You have a diagnosed eating disorder or a substance use disorder (such as alcohol or drug dependency).
  • You are currently pregnant or have given birth within the last year.
  • You have had a heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months.

  • You have recently started or changed a medication that affects your heart health, blood pressure, or cholesterol within the past 3 months.
  • You are unable to understand or communicate in Swedish.
  • You are unable to regularly attend the sessions that are part of the study.
  • You are unable to travel to the location where the sessions take place.
