Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older (or meet the minimum age required by local rules)
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of early-stage bladder cancer — called high-risk, non-muscle invasive urothelial carcinoma — confirmed by a tissue sample, including a form called carcinoma in situ (CIS), which may or may not occur alongside other types of early tumour growth

Who may not be able to join:
- People currently receiving other cancer treatments for this type of bladder cancer, or who have had radiation therapy directed at the bladder in the past
- People with significant kidney problems, liver problems, or certain blood abnormalities, as defined by the trial's specific measurements (confirm with trial site for exact thresholds)
- People who have an active infection that is not currently under control, as defined by the trial's criteria (confirm with trial site)
