Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to take part in the study and agree to sign a consent form.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (any gender).
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of lung disease caused by a bacteria called MAC (Mycobacterium avium complex), confirmed using established medical guidelines, with a particular pattern seen on lung scans (confirm with trial site).
- You have not received any treatment for MAC in the 3 months before joining the study.

- If you have diabetes, your blood sugar must be stable and well controlled.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have had an allergic reaction to any of the medicines used in this study.
- You have a lung infection caused by more than one type of bacteria, fungus, or virus at the same time, including HIV.
- You have a condition that weakens your immune system, an active lung cancer, or another cancer that currently requires chemotherapy or radiation treatment.
- You have previously had a solid organ transplant (such as a kidney, liver, or heart transplant).
- You are currently on dialysis for kidney failure.
- You have certain serious lung conditions, such as uncontrolled radiation-related lung inflammation, active scarring of the lungs, or significant fluid buildup around your lungs or heart that is not controlled (confirm with trial site).
- You have certain serious or unstable health conditions, including very high blood pressure that is out of control, severe heart failure, a heart attack in the past 6 months, severe mental health conditions requiring medication, severe liver or kidney disease, or a neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer's disease.
- You have significant problems with your digestive system that affect how your body absorbs food or medicine.
- You have taken part in another clinical drug trial within the 4 weeks before starting this study.
- You are currently taking part in another interventional clinical trial (a study testing a treatment), unless it is an observation-only study or the follow-up stage of a study that has already finished.
- You have any other health findings that the study doctor believes could affect the study results or increase your risk of complications during treatment (confirm with trial site).
