Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are at least 18 years old and no older than 75 years old.
• You are a veteran.
• You have been officially diagnosed by a qualified professional with a mild traumatic brain injury (mild TBI), PTSD, anxiety, or depression.
• You are willing and able to read, understand, and sign a consent form, and can clearly express your own thoughts and feelings.
• You have previously tried at least one therapy treatment for trauma or mental health, such as prolonged exposure therapy, EMDR, or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
• You have completed certain memory, thinking, and psychological assessments (confirm with trial site).
• Your diagnosis significantly affects your ability to work, maintain relationships, or carry out daily activities.
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, or a man whose partner could become pregnant, you must agree to use an acceptable form of birth control throughout the study and for 30 days after the last treatment session.
• You are on a stable dose of any current psychiatric medications (such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety, or mood-related medications).

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a collapsed lung (pneumothorax) that has not been treated, or you have had one in the past.
• You currently have a severe sinus infection or an upper respiratory infection (such as a heavy cold).
• You have lung abnormalities that showed up on a chest X-ray but are not causing symptoms (confirm with trial site).
• You have a high fever that cannot be controlled (above 39°C / 102.2°F).
• You have had surgery on your chest or ears in the past.
• You have a condition called congenital spherocytosis (an inherited red blood cell disorder).
• You have any type of anemia or blood disorder.
• You have a seizure or convulsion disorder.
• You have a history of optic neuritis (eye nerve inflammation) or sudden vision loss.
• You have a middle ear infection.
• You have diabetes and use insulin to manage it.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You currently use nicotine, substances, or have an addiction.
• You have dangerously low blood sugar (acute hypoglycemia).
• You have been diagnosed with COPD or emphysema.
• You are currently experiencing coughing, congestion, vomiting, diarrhea, or have open wounds.
• You have an active cancer diagnosis.
• You are currently experiencing a manic, delusional, or psychotic episode.
• You are currently having serious thoughts of suicide.
• You have a severe or unstable physical health condition, or significant difficulties with thinking and memory.
• You are unable to attend scheduled appointments or follow the study's procedures.
• You have previously received hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for any reason.
• You are not a native or fluent English speaker.
• You have had eye surgery, including laser eye treatment or surgery for a detached retina.
• You have had surgery on your middle ear (such as eardrum repair or ear tube placement).
• You are currently taking certain medications, including chemotherapy drugs, methotrexate, disulfiram (Antabuse), nitroglycerin, or certain antibiotics that may interact with this treatment (confirm specific medications with trial site).
