You are a female patient who has been diagnosed with an ovarian endometrioma (a type of ovarian cyst caused by endometriosis) and are having surgery to remove it at Kanazawa University Hospital between January 1, 2025, and March 31, 2027.
You are willing and able to sign a written consent form before taking part in the study.
You are 20 years old or older at the time you give your consent.
If you have previously had ovarian cyst tissue stored at the hospital under a general consent agreement, you will be asked to give additional written consent specifically for this study.

You have scan or imaging results that suggest your ovarian cyst may be cancerous before surgery.
