Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
  • People who have been diagnosed with melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that has spread to other parts of the body or has grown into surrounding tissue, confirmed by a tissue sample
  • People whose cancer can be detected on specialist medical imaging scans (PET/CT or CT)
  • People whose cancer has been assessed as not suitable for surgery

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose melanoma started in the eye or in the moist lining of the body (such as the mouth or nasal passages)
  • People who have another active cancer at the same time
  • People who have previously received immune checkpoint therapy as a systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment
  • People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
  • People who weigh more than 140 kg, which is the maximum weight limit for the scanning equipment used in the trial
  • People who have had an allergic reaction to substances with a similar chemical make-up to the imaging agent used in this trial (confirm with trial site)
