Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have had surgery on the head or neck, beyond minor procedures like a biopsy or a neck dissection after cancer treatment
- People who currently have an active cancer diagnosis
- People who are currently taking any statin medication
- People who are currently taking long-term steroids or certain other medications listed by the trial (confirm with trial site)
- People with a history of severe heart failure, muscle side effects from previous statin or fibrate medications, or inherited muscle disease
- People with a known medical condition that may already affect their ability to swallow, such as a stroke, a neurological condition, or a tracheostomy
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
