Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) for at least 6 months, and your arthritis is currently active, meaning you have a minimum number of tender or swollen joints, or a blood test shows signs of inflammation
- An ultrasound scan of your joints shows a certain level of joint swelling and inflammation in at least one or two of your joints at the start of the study (confirm with trial site)
- You are starting a medication called Guselkumab for your Psoriatic Arthritis as part of your normal medical care, either at the time you join the study or within two weeks of your first visit
- You have either never taken a biologic medication before, or you have only taken one biologic medication and/or one of the drugs apremilast or deucravacitinib in the past
- You have at least one painful tendon or ligament attachment point (called enthesitis) that is both felt during a physical exam and visible on an imaging scan at the start of the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously taken Guselkumab, or you have used more than one biologic medication in the past for any condition
- You have previously been treated with a type of medication called JAK inhibitors
- You have a medical reason why you cannot safely take Guselkumab (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial, or you finished one less than 30 days ago
- You are already enrolled in another observational study involving Guselkumab that is run by the same organisation sponsoring this trial
