Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 20 years or older
- Adults who are otherwise healthy but take prescription medication to manage high blood pressure or osteoarthritis (joint disease)

Who may not be able to join:

- People who have been diagnosed with any form of cognitive dysfunction (problems with thinking or memory)
- Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- People who take prescription medication to control blood sugar levels, or medication that affects metabolism (such as thyroid medication)
- People whose weight has gone up or down by 5% or more in the past six months
- People who currently smoke
- People who have taken part in a structured exercise program — such as weight training, jogging, swimming, or cycling — in the past six months (walking alone is acceptable)
- Adults aged 60 or older who score above 4 on a short memory and thinking test given at the first lab visit
