Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are over 18 years old, either male or female
- You have been diagnosed with a condition called generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG)
- You are already receiving a medication called ravulizumab as part of your treatment
- You have been taking oral corticosteroids (steroid tablets) at a dose equivalent to at least 7.5 mg of prednisone/prednisolone per day, continuously for at least 4 weeks before joining the trial
- If you are someone who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before the trial begins
- You are willing to read and sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention
- You have a history of a condition called chronic hypoadrenalism (also known as Addison's disease), which affects your adrenal glands
- You are taking steroid tablets for any other health condition alongside your gMG
- You have recently received certain other biological medications used to treat gMG (such as efgartigimod, rozanolixizumab, inebilizumab, rituximab, or intravenous immunoglobulin) within a specific time period before enrolling (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the course of the study
