Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Your child has been diagnosed with OCD or an anxiety disorder (such as separation anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, specific phobia, agoraphobia, or panic disorder), confirmed through a structured diagnostic interview.
  • Your child's anxiety symptoms score at a clinically significant level on a standard anxiety rating scale (confirm with trial site for exact score details).
  • Your child is between 7 and 17 years old.
  • Your family lives in Texas and your child will be physically located in Texas during all treatment sessions.

Who may not be able to join:

  • Your child has psychosis, a cognitive disability, or any condition that would make it difficult for a parent or caregiver to follow the program's instructions.
  • A parent or caregiver has had a substance use disorder within the past 3 months, which could affect their ability to take part in the treatment.
  • Your child or a parent is currently experiencing suicidal thoughts (though a delayed entry may be possible once the person has been stable for more than 6 months with no suicidal thoughts, if appropriate).
  • Your child has recently started or changed certain medications — including antidepressants within the past 12 weeks, or antipsychotics, anti-anxiety medications, benzodiazepines, or ADHD medications within the past 4–6 weeks — or any psychiatric medication dose has been changed recently (confirm exact timeframes with trial site).
