Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with bladder or urinary tract cancer (called urothelial carcinoma) that has either spread to nearby areas and cannot be removed by surgery, or has spread to other parts of the body
• You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample, either one taken recently or one stored from a previous biopsy
• You have not yet received any systemic (whole-body) treatment, such as chemotherapy, for your advanced or metastatic cancer
• If you have HIV, it is well controlled with medication
• If you have hepatitis B, you have been on antiviral treatment for at least 4 weeks and the virus is not detectable in your blood before joining the trial
• If you have a history of hepatitis C, the virus is not detectable in your blood before joining the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a history of serious dry eye syndrome, serious eyelid gland disease, or a corneal (eye surface) condition that affects healing
• You currently have an active eye infection or open sore on the surface of your eye
• You have active inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) that requires immune-suppressing medication, or you have a history of these conditions or chronic diarrhea
• You have had serious, uncontrolled heart or stroke-related problems within the past 6 months
• You have diabetes that is not well controlled
• You have a build-up of fluid around your lungs, abdomen, or heart that is causing symptoms or needs to be drained regularly
• You have an autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has needed medical treatment in the past 2 years
• You have another cancer that is growing or has needed active treatment within the past 2 years
• You have cancer that has spread to your brain or the lining around your brain or spinal cord
• You have a history of lung inflammation (pneumonitis) or scarring lung disease that required steroid treatment, or you currently have this condition
• You have an active infection that is being treated with systemic (whole-body) medication
• You have HIV along with a history of a condition called Kaposi's sarcoma or Multicentric Castleman's Disease
• You have both hepatitis B and hepatitis C infections at the same time
• You have previously had a stem cell or solid organ transplant (such as a kidney or liver transplant)
