Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 75 years old (including those who are exactly 18 or 75)

- People who have previously used or are currently using a type of drug called a HIF inhibitor
- People who received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, anti-tumour traditional Chinese medicine, or any other trial drug within the 4 weeks before starting the study, or who received palliative radiotherapy within 2 weeks before starting
- People who received a live attenuated vaccine (a type of vaccine made with a weakened live virus) within a specific period before starting the study, or who are expected to need one during treatment (confirm with trial site for exact timeframe)
- People who had major surgery within a specific period before starting the study, or who are expected to need major surgery during the study — not including procedures done only to make a diagnosis (confirm with trial site for exact timeframe)
- People who have serious digestive system problems that could affect how the body takes in or absorbs the study drug
- People who have had another active cancer within the past 3 years, or who currently have another cancer at the same time
- People who have had an organ transplant in the past, except for corneal (eye) transplants
- People who had a significant blood clot or blockage in a blood vessel within the 6 months before starting the study
- People who have heart-related symptoms or conditions that are not well managed
- People with active tuberculosis (TB)
- People with significant fluid build-up in the abdomen, chest, or around the heart that is causing symptoms or is not controlled
- People who still have side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not recovered to a mild or resolved level (confirm with trial site — this refers to NCI-CTCAE grade 1 or below)
- People with currently active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
- People who, in the judgement of the treating doctor running the trial, have other circumstances that could affect the study results or make it unsafe for them to continue
