Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer at any point in the past five years, or who currently have another cancer diagnosis
• People with serious problems affecting the heart (such as NYHA class III or IV heart failure), liver, or kidneys, as identified through standard medical tests
• People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and has not yet been treated, or whose brain metastases have not been confirmed as stable through imaging after at least one round of treatment
• People who have a psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, particularly if medication is needed to manage it
• People with a history of serious allergic reactions (such as anaphylactic shock or severe allergic rashes), multiple drug allergies, or a known tendency toward allergic responses
• People with active autoimmune conditions or active infections, including chronic viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, or other infections or autoimmune disorders that a doctor believes could affect the study
• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
