Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 years or older
- People diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (a type of cancer) in the head and neck area, where the cancer has not spread from another part of the body
- People who are well enough to undergo radiotherapy, as measured by a standard health scale (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2)
