  • People who have serious heart or blood vessel disease.
  • People who currently have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV infection.
  • People who have a lung condition involving scarring or inflammation of lung tissue that is not caused by infection.
  • People who have a significant risk of bleeding, including cases where the tumour is growing into major blood vessels.
  • People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • People who have had another active cancer in the 5 years before joining the trial.
