Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are at least 18 years old, and there is no restriction on gender
• You are able to understand what the study involves and are willing to sign a consent form — or, if you have difficulty understanding or communicating, a legal guardian can sign on your behalf
• Your full medical records (including your breast cancer diagnosis, brain metastasis diagnosis, and treatment history) are available at one of the study's participating hospitals
• You have been diagnosed with breast cancer through a tissue or cell sample test, with the report issued by a qualified major hospital or the study's designated pathology centre
• You have been diagnosed with breast cancer that has spread to the brain, confirmed by a brain scan (MRI or CT with contrast dye), surgery, or biopsy
• There are no restrictions on how many brain tumours you have, their size, whether the cancer has spread to the lining of the brain, or whether you have symptoms like headaches or limb weakness
• You have previously been treated with a drug called Sacituzumab Govitecan (SG), and there is a clear medication record — it does not matter which line of treatment it was, what dose you received, or how many cycles you completed
• You may currently be on SG treatment, have finished it, or have stopped it for any reason
• Your general health is currently stable and you do not have any of the following uncontrolled serious conditions: a severe infection (such as blood poisoning or severe pneumonia), seizures in the past 3 months, or severe failure of the heart, liver, or kidneys (confirm with trial site)
• You (or your guardian) are able to attend follow-up appointments or be contacted by phone or electronic records during the study period

Who may not be able to join:

• You have or have had another separate cancer (other than breast cancer) that was still active at any point in the last 5 years
• You are unable to give consent or take part in follow-up due to a mental health condition or cognitive impairment, and you do not have a qualified guardian who can assist
• You are currently taking part in another type of interventional clinical trial (such as a randomised controlled trial) that could affect this study's results
• The study doctor decides there is another reason that could affect your safety or the quality of the study (confirm with trial site)
