Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman who has not yet gone through menopause and are between 18 and 44 years old at your first visit
- You have been diagnosed with endometriosis within the last 10 years (or at your first visit), confirmed either through surgery (by a doctor directly seeing or taking a tissue sample of the affected area) or through an imaging scan such as an ultrasound or MRI
- You have a history of ongoing pelvic pain outside of your period that significantly affects your daily life, confirmed at your first visit
- In the month before your second visit, you report experiencing moderate, severe, or very severe pain on days when you do not have your period
Who may not be able to join:
- You have long-term pelvic pain that doctors believe is mainly caused by something other than endometriosis, such as a chronic pelvic infection, bladder condition, nerve problems, pelvic scarring unrelated to endometriosis, certain types of ovarian cysts, complications from a tubal ligation, fluid-filled fallopian tubes, or muscle spasm-related pain (confirm with trial site)
- You have already had more than 2 surgeries specifically to treat endometriosis
