Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are over 18 years old

• You have had a normal vaginal swab test within the last three years
• You may join whether or not you have previously been pregnant or given birth

Who may not be able to join:

• You are under 18 years old
• Your body mass index is 35 or above
• You have HIV or hepatitis
• You have high blood pressure that existed before pregnancy

• You have vaginal bleeding that has not been explained by a doctor
• You have an abnormally shaped womb
• You have ongoing cysts on your ovaries
• You have a tumor in certain glands in your body, including the thyroid, pituitary, hypothalamus, or adrenal glands (confirm with trial site)
• You have previously had breast cancer
• You carry the BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene (genes linked to higher cancer risk)
• You have a thyroid condition that is not currently under control
• You have a heart or blood vessel condition
• You are currently breastfeeding

• You currently have or have previously had any form of cancer
• You smoke
• You have issues with alcohol or drug misuse
