Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 75 years old

- People who have used certain blood sugar or diabetes-related medications in the past 3 months, including GLP-1 receptor agonists, SGLT-2 inhibitors, DPP-4 inhibitors, or thiazolidinediones (confirm with trial site for the full list)
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period
- People with serious conditions affecting major organs or body systems, such as severe heart or brain disease, serious lung, gut, or kidney problems, blood disorders, neurological conditions, or cancer
- People with a personal or family history of a specific type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma
- People with severe mental health conditions or communication difficulties that would make it hard to understand the study or follow its procedures
