  • People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study period
  • People with serious conditions affecting major organs or body systems, such as severe heart or brain disease, serious lung, gut, or kidney problems, blood disorders, neurological conditions, or cancer
  • People with a personal or family history of a specific type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma
  • People with severe mental health conditions or communication difficulties that would make it hard to understand the study or follow its procedures
