Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have had COVID-19 that was confirmed by a healthcare provider or a test, and you have documentation of this (such as a doctor's note or a photo of a positive test result)
- You have been experiencing at least one of the following symptoms for at least 4 weeks after your COVID-19 illness: tiredness or feeling exhausted after activity, shortness of breath, cough, brain fog, sleep problems, depression, anxiety, joint pain, muscle pain, constipation, diarrhea, or stomach pain
- Your symptoms started after your COVID-19 illness and were not present before it
- You are willing and able to attend acupuncture sessions and follow a supplement schedule as required by the study

Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years of age
- You have pulmonary fibrosis (scarring of the lungs) or need continuous oxygen treatment
- You have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or are showing early signs of dementia
- You have high blood pressure, diabetes, or an autoimmune condition that is not well controlled
- You have other health conditions that could cause symptoms similar to long COVID (confirm with trial site)
- You are currently undergoing cancer treatment
- You have used acupuncture or Chinese medicine in the past three months
- You are currently involved in any health-related legal claims or litigation
- You missed a required first visit and are considered unlikely to follow the study schedule
- You are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant
