Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), confirmed by a lab test on a tissue or cell sample
• Your tumor has a specific gene change called a KRAS G12C mutation, found either in your tumor tissue or in a blood test
• Your cancer has continued to grow or spread after receiving 1 or 2 previous treatments, which must have included both an immunotherapy drug (PD-1/PD-L1 type) and a platinum-based chemotherapy
• You are able to provide a stored tumor tissue sample from a tumor that has not been treated with radiation
• You are able to provide a new biopsy sample from a tumor that has not been treated with radiation, taken before starting the trial
• If you have HIV, it must be well-controlled with HIV medication as outlined by the trial's requirements

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a type of lung cancer called small cell lung cancer, or your tumor contains small cell elements
• You have serious breathing problems caused by another lung illness
• You have active cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord lining
• You have active inflammatory bowel disease that requires medication to suppress the immune system, or you have a history of this condition
• There is evidence that cancer has spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord
• You have uncontrolled or significant heart or blood vessel disease
• You have certain eye conditions, including significant corneal disease, severe dry eye syndrome, severe Meibomian gland disease, or blepharitis
• You have HIV and also have a history of Kaposi's sarcoma and/or Multicentric Castleman's Disease
• You have previously received any treatment that specifically targets the KRAS gene mutation
• You have received a live vaccine within 30 days before the first dose of the trial treatment
• You have an immune system disorder, or you have been taking steroid tablets or other immune-suppressing medicines within 7 days before the first dose of the trial treatment
• You have another cancer that is still growing or has required active treatment within the last 3 years
• You have a history of non-infectious lung inflammation (pneumonitis) or scarring lung disease (ILD) that needed steroid treatment, or you currently have either condition
• You have an active infection that requires treatment with medication
• You have not fully recovered from a major surgery, or you are still experiencing complications from a surgery
